Marilyn Suzanne Page
PAGE Marilyn Suzanne Page, Professor Emeritus, age 70, of Worthington, Ohio, died peacefully at her home on Saturday, September 3, 2011. Born on October 14, 1940 she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Irma Page of Salem, Oregon. Marilyn attended grades 1 through 12 in Salem and her first two years of college at Linfield in McMinnville, Oregon. She graduated from the Colorado State University and earned a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from New York University. She moved to Ohio in the 1970s to begin her teaching career at Ohio State University where she taught Occupation Therapy for more than thirty years. While there she made a significant impact on the field of Occupational Therapy Education through the introduction of many new ideas in the field of mental health and its application to Occupational Therapy. Marilyn is survived by daughter, June Marie Williams; son-in-law, Aaron Williams; grandchildren, Arianna Power, Aaron Williams, Alicia Williams and Avion Williams; sister, Shirley Jaeger of Nashville, TN; niece, Kathy Jaeger of New York City. Marilyn will be missed and remembered by her many friends and colleagues. She was a member of the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Columbus, 93 W. Weisheimer Road, where a Memorial Service in her honor will be held on Sunday, September 18 at 3 p.m. Contributions may be made in Marilyn's memory to the Susan G.
