A better day
The rain has gone away and the sun has returned. Looking though the picture window you would think it was beach weather, that is until you put one of your little tozies out the door. Then you get this rude awaking that it's quite cool. Plus the wind has not settled down and no matter how many coats you have on it's not comfortable.
We spent another day basically inside looking out. What a bummer to be only a few feet from the beach and a prisioner inside. Mrs. Gerrie is working on a cross stitch project that was begun two years ago (she says it will be done in another two years.) I spent much of the day watching the Olympics. OK some of the day found me at the computer (as usual).
We did run out to the beach for a brief walk (Gerrie walked much further than I). I used my time there to capture a few more picks for this letter...Enjoy!! I'm guessing that those of you who are prisioners inside at home think these look pretty good.
