Doing very little these days....not much to write home about. However, today was Janet's birthday and this evening we all celebrated at a private club nestled next to the Calooshatchee River in Ft. Myers. There were several additional friends who joined us. The club is the club house for a gated community, however, outsiders can buy a membership and get in on the great food. That's how we got in other wise we would not have been able to go. (No, we didn't buy it, Stan did and they go there often). Really it's a much more intimate atmosphere than a public restaurant, and the staff there knows you by name as well as cook up some great food. (Well, they didn't know my name...but they did know Stan and Janet)
That was the exciting event for this day. Really, we're doing next to nothing each day...what a way to live.
