October already?? WOW...where has the Summer gone? Well, as if you didn't know already it's football time again. Last month I told you that this season I play for the Bengal team and as of this date we are undefeated and in first place. I also told you that sometimes I play both offense and defense during the game. On offense I usually play center, but several games I've been asked to play quarterback. The first time I played I was able to make one run of about 40 yard and in the first photo you can see me (#33) runing toward you. It was a good gain and in the second photo you can see my team all gathered around. We beat that team pretty well. The third photo was taken after the game was over. It was our end game huddle with the coaches.

We have to pause here to give credit to Mom for taking the action photos of me during the game. Dad tried to take credit for them, but it was really Mom behind the camera. Pa Paw said that she should be a sports photographer...he really liked the photos.

It's been a really good month, football has been the highlight, but otherwise I really, really like school this year. My teacher is great and I'm learning a lot. Pa Paw says he can see lots of new stuff from me and everyone seems happy that things are going great. This month was also Halloween and we did get some photos for ya, but Dad has them on his camera so you'll have to wait a bit to see those.

One more things here..Pa Paw says that he is going to stop writing updates for the monthly posting for privacy issues. He read an article that says that things like what you are reading are being kept/archived by various companies (called data mining) and it's unclear what it might be used for at a later time. He says that at least for now look for little or no dialogue posted with my photos.

See ya soon,
Jake
