Francis Elizabeth married Joseph Cephas McDonald on 06/26/1874. Family stories tell of her having given birth to six children three lived to adulthood.

Official records show that Francis and Joseph married in southern Alabama or just over the Florida State line. They lived mostly in the Atmore Alabama area where, Joe worked in the lumber business.

Not long after Joseph died or was killed, Francis married Frank Albritton. There were no children born from this union.

Francis and Frank lived in Muscogee, Florida where she died after a long battle with cancer in the throat or mouth. She is burried in the Lathrum Cemetery in Muscogee without a head stone to mark the grave site. Frank Albritton is burried in the Sullivant Cemetery in Nokomas, Alabama.
